First step, the late sleeping habit should be removed, as the same time, you should not sleep late in the next morning. That is to say, you should sleep before 10pm and get up at 6-6.30am every day. After washing up, you can do some physical exercise, read some pages of review material, have breakfast at 7.30am. You will be in excitatory state when 9am. In order to adapt the examination, the examinees may do some self-test material from 9am to 11am. It can not only review the courses but also adapt the tensional sense.
After lunch, the examinees can review their courses after one hour’s rest according to the examination schedule. Your biological clock should be adjusted to best condition, so that you can maintain excitatory state during the examination time.
