Never try to change biological clock

Any activities that try to change the biological clock will induce indescribable diseases to human body. It will be too late for you to regret after 20 or 30 years.

(1). 9-11pm in the evening is the time for toxin elimination by human immune system (lymphatic), you should be peaceful or listen to the music.
(2). From 11pm to 1am, toxin elimination by liver should be progressed in heavy sleeping.
(3). From 1am to 3am, toxin elimination by gallbladder should be progressed in heavy sleeping.
(4). From 3am to 5am, toxin elimination by lung. Since the toxin elimination activity is progressed in lungs, the cough is worst during this period for coughing patients, the stopping cough medicine should not be used in order to avoid the restraining of elimination of waste sediments.
(5). From 5am to 7am, it is the time for toxin elimination by large intestine, it better to go to toilet for defecation.
(6) From 7am to 9am, it is the time for nutrition absorption by small intestine, you should have the breakfast. It is better to have the breakfast before 6:30am for patients, before 7:30am for people who keeps health. People who do not have breakfast should change their habits, it is better than eating nothing even if breakfast is taken from 9am to 10am.
(7). Mid-night to 4am is the time for blood generation by spinal cord, we must be in deep sleep, it is not suitable to stay up all night.
